Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to all products and services provided by Humpf Tech LLC (We, Us, or Our) to any business or consumer (You, Your, or Client). By engaging with Our services, You agree to abide by these Terms in addition to any specific agreement made between You and Us.

The scope of work (SOW) provided to You defines the services We will deliver. Any modifications to the SOW will be subject to additional fees as outlined in the Payment section below. Any requests outside the SOW will require a separate written agreement.

Payment for services rendered must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the corresponding proposal or SOW. If payment is not received on time, Humpf Tech LLC reserves the right to suspend all services. All unpaid balances may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum amount allowed by law.

Any intellectual property developed by Us, including but not limited to software, designs, and reports, remains the property of Humpf Tech LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such property for the duration of Our agreement.

In no event will Humpf Tech LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability for any claims under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by You for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
